You’re invited to sponsor a peer support group for 2027!

Our most popular program is our trauma informed peer support groups that we call The Boiler Resilience Room which we offer for free.

We provide training and stipends to each group’s facilitator in partnership with Give an Hour, so while the groups are free for workers to attend, each costs Mind the Movement several thousand dollars.

Democracy work is high stakes, high pressure, and increasingly traumatic – and we’re losing our best people. Mind the Movement is the first nonpartisan initiative addressing mental health issues impacting campaign staff, grassroots organizers and fired federal workers. We’re now preparing to scale, in a challenging fundraising environment, but our colleagues are counting on us to continue offering support.

Levels of giving:

• Sponsor a peer support group for one year = $5,760

• Sponsor a peer support group for 6 months = $2,880

• Sponsor our next trauma informed peer support/facilitator group TRAINING = $4,000
