Individual Mental Health Support:
Mind the Movement was launched in late 2025 and we’re rapidly building and deploying a range of mental health resources, trainings, workshops and funding for the workers on the frontlines of movements, our government and elections.
If you wake up every day and work to protect our democracy, build community power or are a civil servant – you’re in the right place.
We’re working to demystify the stigma around seeking mental health care and collaborating with partners to improve working conditions and increase psychological safety at work . We know that caring for the people behind the scenes will lead to reducing burnout, turnover and loss of critical knowledge and experience. So we’re piloting a few programs to prove it.
Here are some ways we're providing care:
Join a peer led support group
Weekly curated groups to gather with colleagues and peers. Led by a trained facilitator.
Resource Library
Access resources to address mental health, food insecurity, substance use and intimate partner violence.
Individual mental health subsidy
We pay for 1:1 therapy. Applications will re-open later in 2026, be the first to know.
