Support for Organizations
Leading an organization or political campaign is more high stakes and high stress than ever. Mind the Movement is committed to making mental health support available to individual workers AND finding ways to support entire organizations.
Long-term, we’ll be sharing research and recommendations on the benefits of investing in staff mental health in movement, democracy and civil service work. We’re also open to considering bespoke offerings to support your team. Feel free to get in touch with us at hello@mindthemovement.org.
We’re continuing to learn what organizations, campaigns and unions need to support their staff’s wellbeing.
Here’s what we’re currently offering:
– Administration of a pooled fund to cover therapy for staff to use as needed
– Trauma informed peer support groups (public groups or private groups exclusive for your staff are available)
– In-house therapist available to staff as needed (e.g. weekly/monthly therapist in your office)
– Grief support if a tragedy impacts your team
– Tools and recommendations for supporting staff wellbeing
Please send us an email at hello@mindthemovement.org and we can figure out what works best for you and your team.
